




Job Summary: Student service and academic financial support, including balance analysis, development of payment plans, and financial negotiations. Key Highlights: 1. Support in granting and maintaining financial benefits **Duties and Responsibilities**: Provide service to internal and external stakeholders of Fundação Univali, delivering technical support and guidance related to academic financial processes; Assist students and their respective financial sponsors regarding academic insurance and student financing programs, clarifying doubts, guiding procedures, and monitoring requests; Analyze and adjust refundable balances in cases of enrollment cancellation, enrollment suspension, and other academic leaves; Develop and monitor payment plans for full-tuition courses; Conduct debt review and reconsideration analyses, as well as lead financial negotiations with students and their financial sponsors; Register course credit and fee amounts in the academic system, as approved by CAS Resolution; Analyze and adjust student financial records based on contracted credit hours and semester or annual tuition plans; Support processes related to granting, maintaining, and terminating financial benefits for students; Maintain up-to-date records in institutional systems, ensuring data integrity; Contribute to continuous improvement of student service and financial management processes; Perform other related duties as required by the department or immediate supervisor. **Requirements**: Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Accounting; Postgraduate qualification in finance/accounting or related fields is desirable.
