Main Responsibilities: Support general administrative routines of the company; Organize and manage internal documents, spreadsheets, and information; Perform data entry and updates in internal systems; Assist in order management, registrations, and process tracking; Provide support to departments as needed (sales, finance, e-commerce, etc.); Interact with sales and e-commerce platforms; Deliver courteous and efficient online customer service; Support resolution of issues and requests from customers and team members; Assist in customer and/or supplier interactions when necessary; Contribute to workflow organization and process improvement; Support daily operational and administrative tasks. Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills; Proficiency in customer service; Organizational skills and attention to detail; Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office suite and online systems); Dynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented profile.
