Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Documentation Analyst to manage technical knowledge, document processes, develop manuals, and organize machine history in an industrial manufacturing environment. Team technical integration and training We seek a Technical Documentation Analyst to work in a machinery and equipment manufacturing industry, responsible for technical knowledge management, process documentation, manual development, and machine history organization. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES ***Documentation Management ● Develop assembly procedures by observing processes and services. ● Create and maintain a centralized database per machine with complete service history. ● Document operation, assembly, and troubleshooting & problem-resolution manuals. ● Identify recurring failure patterns and propose design improvements. ***Systems & Tools ● Design data structures for service tracking (on-site, remote, phone). ● Implement/configure CRM or database tools. ● Create dashboards showing machine history (model, serial number, manufacturing date, service records, recurring issues). ***Technical Team Integration ● Train technicians to input service data in real time. ● Develop standardized field information collection checklists. ● Facilitate knowledge transfer between experienced and new technicians. ***Manuals & Procedures ● Develop operation, assembly, and preventive maintenance manuals. ● Create troubleshooting and problem-resolution guides with proven solutions. ● Document specifications distinguishing older versus newer machines. POSITION CHALLENGES Challenge: Older machines with incomplete or missing documentation; Challenge: Geographically dispersed team (difficulty collecting real-time data); Challenge: Long-term project (not yielding results within 3 months).
