We thrive on challenges and seek people who want to build a career and achieve results with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Conduct detailed inspections of knit and fabric rolls and samples, ensuring compliance with established standards outlined in technical specifications; Support the quality control process, focusing on optimization and achievement of company objectives; Carry out external visits to outsourced knitting mills and dye houses, ensuring adherence to predefined standards per technical specifications and guaranteeing delivery of high-quality products; Monitor knit lots at dye houses, performing color, weight, texture, shade, shrinkage, quality, and stain tests; Maintain constant communication with dye houses and representatives regarding issues related to knits, scheduling, quality, and lot release; Analyze the technical aspects of tenders related to knits, ensuring compliance with requirements; Develop new knit projects, meeting demands and continuously seeking improvement opportunities; Assist in knit development, adjusting weight and width as needed; Record and maintain information control in the SISPLAN system, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-dateness; Ensure product standardization and quality through the use of quality control forms for raw and dyed knits, based on the NQA table; Perform other activities of equivalent complexity, as required by the department/company; Fully comply with safety, quality, organization, and cleanliness standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor’s or Technical degree in Textile Engineering or Textile Technology; Experience in quality inspection of knits and dyeing; Knowledge of quality standards, technical specifications, and knit testing; Familiarity with the SISPLAN system.
