We thrive on challenges and seek talented individuals to build careers and achieve outstanding results with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Monitor and review the daily schedule set by the Supervisor, ensuring efficient task execution and promptly addressing any unforeseen issues; Guide and train employees on operational procedures and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with quality and efficiency standards; Maintain constant communication with the commercial department, providing accurate information regarding order shipments to align departments and meet deadlines; Request necessary materials and resources from the warehouse to support departmental activities, monitor inventory levels, and prevent stockouts; Support and assist in various departmental activities, offering help whenever needed to ensure workflow continuity and operational efficiency; Lead the department team, fostering a collaborative work environment, developing employee potential, and monitoring performance to ensure productivity and team engagement; Perform other tasks of equivalent complexity, as required by departmental or company needs; Fully comply with safety, quality, organization, and cleanliness standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical and Behavioral Competencies: Completed high school education; Relevant work experience in the role; Knowledge of the SISPLAN system; Knowledge of logistics; Experience in the textile industry.
