Learn more about us at: www.clubecandeias.com/trabalhe-conosco **Responsibilities and duties** * Maintain organization and up-to-date physical and digital files, adhering to internal policies, occupational health and safety regulations, and promoting continuous process improvement; * Support Human Resources (HR) and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) processes, ensuring legal compliance and operational efficiency; * Monitor and execute occupational medicine and safety activities—including scheduling and tracking admission, periodic, and termination medical exams; issuing PPPs (Professional Profile Forms); filing CATs (Work Accident Reports); monitoring INSS leave cases; and managing PGR (Risk Management Program) and LTCAT (Occupational Hazard Assessment Form); * Manage employee benefits (meal vouchers, transportation vouchers, health insurance, dental insurance, and life insurance), including enrollments, cancellations, top-ups, employee guidance, and payment requests; * Execute hiring and termination procedures—collecting required documents, registering employees in systems, coordinating with managers, guiding employees, and ensuring adherence to statutory deadlines; * Monitor and manage electronic timekeeping, working hour banks, medical certificates, work schedules, and monthly payroll closing—ensuring data integrity for payroll processing; * Import payroll events, conduct post-closing verifications, calculate severance payments and vacation entitlements, generate bank files and official forms (e.g., FGTS severance contributions, unemployment insurance); * Serve as a support contact for managers and employees—answering questions regarding timekeeping, payroll, benefits, hiring, vacations, and terminations; * Ensure compliance with statutory obligations—including eSocial reporting, apprenticeship hiring, hiring persons with disabilities (PCDs), and supporting labor-related matters. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or Accounting; * Familiarity with TOTVS RM system is a plus; * Experience managing electronic timekeeping systems; * Knowledge of hiring processes, benefits administration, labor and social security legislation, OHS regulations, eSocial, and LGPD is desirable. **Additional information** * **Compensation:** To be determined; * **Working hours:** Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; * **Hybrid model:** One (1) remote workday per week after the probationary period; * **Meal allowance:** R$650.00/month via Caju card; * **Transportation allowance:** As stipulated by law; * **Parking:** The company provides private parking for cars and motorcycles; * **Life insurance:** Provided by Porto Seguro; * **Health plan:** Unimed APS (after probationary period), with 50% co-payment for procedures covered under the Unimed fee schedule.
