Our headquarters is located in Itapema/SC, and we also operate in Balneário Camboriú, Camboriú, Itajaí, Navegantes, and Porto Belo. **ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY** * Structuring, analyzing, and monitoring progress schedules for vertical developments across all technical and creative disciplines; * Performing critical technical analysis and project coordination to ensure integration between architecture and engineering systems; * Collaborating with designers and internal departments to ensure technical alignment and delivery quality; * Identifying and reporting project inconsistencies; * Analyzing and/or preparing the BIM execution plan for developments; * Supporting project development while ensuring adherence to schedule milestones; * Collaborating with designers and internal departments to ensure technical alignment and delivery quality; * Managing payments, measurements, and contracts; * Monitoring schedules, deliveries, and scopes; * Monitoring compliance with designers’ deliverables briefings according to project phase and reporting non-compliance to your coordinator; * Requesting project budgets based on defined and coordinated scopes with your direct coordinator; * Managing file-sharing and issue-tracking platforms; * Liaising with suppliers, requesting and evaluating proposals; * Organizing and attending meetings, and drafting minutes; * Site supervision, including site visits, inspections, and meetings for project clarification; * Monitoring and verifying sales and marketing materials for developments; * Preparing presentations and reports; * Interfacing with other company departments throughout project development. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Degree in: Architecture / Civil Engineering * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency; * Proficiency in SketchUp software; * Knowledge of AutoCAD / Gstar; * Knowledge of BIM software; * Knowledge of MS Project; * Familiarity with the Prevision platform; * Experience with the Sienge ERP system. **Technical Competencies:** * Experience in project analysis and coordination. * Familiarity with coordination tools such as Solibri, Bimcollab, or similar is desirable; * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; * Experience in high-end projects; * Proficiency in technical drawing software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit; * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile.
