Advanced proficiency in process mapping techniques **Position located in Itajaí / SC** WE HIRE PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES (PCD) **Main Responsibilities:** \- Lead projects related to analysis, mapping, reengineering, and continuous improvement of organizational processes, aiming to enhance operational quality, reduce costs, and improve product and service quality; also serve as a technical reference in the process area, guiding and developing the team on matters related to process management. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Naval, or Production Engineering, or related fields. \- Advanced proficiency in process mapping and analysis techniques, such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and Lean Six Sigma. \- Experience leading process improvement projects from conception through implementation. \- Advanced knowledge of process management tools, such as Bizagi, Visio, and Excel. \- Solid expertise in quality management and continuous process improvement.
