A Warehouse Clerk is responsible for receiving, delivering, and controlling materials and goods; verifying invoices against purchase orders (quantity, quality, and specifications); entering data into the system; and conducting inventories — all aimed at meeting construction schedule demands and managing inventory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Control and organize inventory; * Control material receipt; * Enter invoices into the SAP system; * Approve requisitions with the Site Leader; * Monitor requisitions, orders, and material deliveries; * Ensure traceability of material batches; * Ensure traceability of material dispatch; * Distribute materials and equipment to employees according to their requisitions; * Resolve administrative matters related to the area of responsibility; * Maintain equipment in good working condition, testing it during delivery and return; * Comply with company safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Use materials rationally to avoid waste; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Conduct hands-on training for new employees per company standards; * Prepare reports and conduct inventories. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Relevant work experience; * Proficiency in Office/Google Suite; * Knowledge of construction materials and equipment; * NR18 and NR35\.
