Job Summary: This position ensures the execution of support services—including cleaning and organization—by carrying out the assigned work plan to ensure user satisfaction and safety. This role’s mission is to ensure the delivery of support services (e.g., cleaning, organization, etc.) by executing the defined work plan, aiming for user satisfaction and safety. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Clean and organize rooms, offices, locker rooms, restrooms, storage areas, and other environments (general living areas); * Perform general internal and external cleaning at construction sites; * Restock cleaning supplies, cups, soap, paper towels, and toilet paper; * Perform minor excavation and backfilling tasks; * Support the warehouse clerk in organizing the storage area and counting materials; * Load and/or unload materials onto trucks and perform horizontal and vertical material handling on construction sites; * Operate and clean wheel-wash systems at construction sites, including truck tire washing; * Install safety and construction identification signage; * Set up safety nets for work zones; move, position, and secure guardrails; * Clear vegetation and apply herbicide around construction sites; * Perform minor plumbing repairs; * Assist in applying mortar to slab undersides; * Assist in waterproofing activities, barbecue grill installations, and window installations; * Mix mortar in concrete mixers; * Monitor and treat brush-washing wastewater and temporary ETE (wastewater treatment unit); * Use materials rationally to avoid waste; * Comply with company safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Support colleagues and supervisors in related job duties within the area; * Attend meetings and uphold the values and principles outlined in the Code of Conduct; * Follow procedures relevant to this role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Incomplete elementary education; * NR 18, NR 35, and NR 12\.
