We are looking for a **Press Advisor** to lead media relations strategies, strengthen institutional reputation, and expand the organization's visibility across major media outlets. We seek a strategic professional with excellent communication skills and proven experience in press management and brand positioning. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement press relations strategies aligned with institutional objectives. * Build and maintain active relationships with journalists, editors, and relevant influencers. * Produce and review institutional materials, such as press releases, articles, official statements, and public positions. * Coordinate interviews, press conferences, and schedules with spokespersons. * Monitor media coverage and analyze exposure and reputation results. * Manage crisis situations and guide press communication during sensitive moments. * Support the strategic positioning of executives and spokespersons with media outlets. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Social Communication, Public Relations, or related fields. * Solid experience (preferably over 5 years) in press advisory or corporate communication. * Excellent writing and synthesis skills. * Extensive relationships with media outlets and journalists. * Experience in crisis management and strategic communication. * Proactive, organized profile with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in team leadership or coordination. * Experience in institutional or governmental communication. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Language courses **Location:** Balneário Camboriú/SC **Employment Type:** In-person CLT **Salary:** R$ 5.500 Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$5,000.00 - R$5,500.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance Work Location: In-person
