Job Summary: The Construction Assistant ensures that on-site activities are carried out in accordance with project specifications, procedures, and schedule, monitoring materials and supporting management. The Construction Assistant’s mission is to ensure on-site activities are executed correctly, aligned with project reviews, procedures, and the planned schedule. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Issue material requisitions to contractors; * Monitor the implementation of purchase orders and contract signing; * Support the preparation of Addendum Requests; * Train teams on Safety Instructions (IS's); * Monitor projects and revisions; * Prepare and verify Field Verifications (FV's); * Actively participate in quality, safety, and other company programs; * Ensure third-party activities are executed within cost, schedule, quality, and safety requirements on site; * Assist management in supervising on-site execution; * Monitor the arrival of inputs and materials to meet the construction schedule. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Tools; * Knowledge of AutoCAD and project design; * Ability to read and analyze project documents.
