The mission of this position is to receive, deliver, and control materials and goods, verifying invoices against purchase orders regarding (quantity, quality, and specifications), entering data into the system, and conducting inventories — all aimed at meeting demands to ensure timely execution of the construction schedule and effective inventory management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Control and organize inventory; * Conduct periodic inventories as required by the construction project; * Control receipt and delivery of materials in accordance with invoices and purchase orders; * Distribute materials and equipment to employees according to their requisitions; * Maintain equipment in good working condition, always testing it upon delivery and return; * Comply with company safety, quality, and environmental standards; * Use materials rationally to avoid waste; * Keep the workplace and construction site clean and organized; * Follow procedures related to the role; * Enter invoices into the system for payment processing; * Assist in inventory control, receipt, storage, movement, and dispatch of materials in the warehouse. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education; * Experience in the role; * NR18 and NR35 certifications; * Google Workspace / Microsoft Office proficiency.
