Responsibilities and Duties * Conduct the recruitment process (job posting, candidate screening, scheduling), analyzing the most suitable platforms for each vacancy; * Conduct interviews and participate in selection exercises; * Manage onboarding procedures; * Assist in organizing training sessions and support the implementation of internal marketing initiatives. Requirements and Qualifications * Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, People Management, or related fields; * Prior knowledge in the field is a plus.
