This role involves architecting and developing robust, scalable, and high-performance systems, as well as maintaining the infrastructure that powers Lais (our AI) and our core products. Your objective will be to ensure Lastro’s technology serves as a sustainable foundation for the company’s rapid growth, delivering high-impact solutions for the real estate market. **Your Key Responsibilities:** ----------------------------- * Develop, evolve, and maintain the Go-based backend, prioritizing the creation of high-performance and scalable systems; * Design and document robust, resilient APIs that facilitate continuous integration across multiple services and products; * Ensure technical excellence through automated testing, rigorous code reviews, and dissemination of engineering best practices; * Lead architecture discussions, proposing structural solutions that support the platform’s accelerated growth and mitigate technical debt; * Explore and implement emerging technologies, including integration with LLMs, vector databases, and agent-based architectures to generate business value; * Continuously optimize infrastructure and code to ensure low latency and high availability. **Profile We’re Looking For:** ------------------------ * Proven, solid experience in backend development with strong expertise in Go. * Deep knowledge of building RESTful APIs and modeling relational databases; * Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and a culture of test automation for frequent, safe releases; * Ability to support the team in solving complex problems by sharing technical knowledge and mentoring peers; * Autonomy to manage end-to-end deliveries and critical thinking to suggest improvements in a dynamic environment; **Nice-to-Haves:** ----------------- * Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems; * Interest or experience in AI, vector databases, or agent-based architectures; * Knowledge of the real estate market or CRM systems.
