We are seeking a **Front Desk Receptionist** to work at our oceanfront guesthouse in Penha/SC. We are looking for a warm, organized individual with excellent communication skills, capable of delivering a welcoming and delightful experience to guests. ### **Responsibilities:** * Provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service to guests; * Package and sell room reservations, presenting available options, rates, terms, and unique features of the guesthouse; * Conduct efficient and courteous check-in and check-out procedures; * Manage reservations in the system and monitor guesthouse occupancy; * Provide information on local services, operating hours, and regional attractions; * Assist in resolving guest requests and unexpected issues; * Support basic front-desk administrative tasks; * Maintain an organized and welcoming environment. ### **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Customer service and negotiation skills; * Organizational ability, courtesy, and proactivity; * Availability to work rotating shifts. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service; * Familiarity with reservation systems; * Basic English or Spanish proficiency. ### **What We Offer:** * A pleasant work environment in a privileged oceanfront location; * Opportunities for professional development in the hospitality industry; * Market-competitive compensation plus benefits. ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Negotiation, Microsoft Office Suite, Administrative Processes ### **Department:** Canto da Vigia Guesthouse
