The team is responsible for creating innovative technological solutions that support MetLife’s sustainable growth in the markets where it operates. **The opportunity** The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining high\-performance, scalable solutions aligned with MetLife’s business objectives. This position is critical to the company’s technological transformation, enabling MetLife to continue growing sustainably. We seek professionals with experience in business\-oriented innovation and technological transformation—preferably with exposure to the financial services industry—who enjoy working closely with business units, identifying opportunities, and innovating in practical, applied ways. Success in this role requires strong technical knowledge, interpersonal skills, interest in collaborating closely with business units, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical teams, business leaders, and other stakeholders.
