Upload evidence, attachments, logs, and records required for audits and monitoring. Log, track, and route system-related tickets, ensuring that respective departments receive accurate communication and timely responses. Maintain lists, users, permissions, and access profiles in accordance with ISO 27001 guidelines. Support verification of access rights and audit trails to compile compliance evidence. Support the creation and maintenance of course schedules, News Feeds, and Rewards Programs. Support the analyst in system implementations and assist internal users with potential questions. **Information Security and Compliance:** Organize evidence and reports demonstrating operational traceability (logs, screenshots, system reports). Assist in managing access rights and permissions according to the defined matrix. Assist in preparing evidence for external audits (OEA/CTPAT/ISO). **Processes and Standardization:** **Create operational documents related to systems, such as:** Step-by-step usage guides Quick reference guides System procedures and manuals Training manuals Verification checklists Update system-related process flows (flowcharts, simple diagrams). Assist the analyst in reviewing processes impacted by system changes. Maintain version history and change records of system-related processes. Operational Support Support internal training sessions led by the analyst (attendance lists, participation records, evidence). Organize digital files and documentation required for audits. Manage system control spreadsheets (users, access rights, modules, trainings). Assist in communicating system updates to departments (notices). Mapping and Identification of Improvements Identify bottlenecks, rework, and recurring difficulties reported by user departments. Participate in basic root cause analyses (5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams) to propose system improvements. Observe system usage patterns to recommend adjustments or automation. Mapping and Enhancement of System Flows Update operational flows affected by system changes. Develop continuous improvement suggestions based on data, frequent errors, and open tickets. Support the analyst in testing new features, validating fixes, and approving improvements. Documentation of Evolution Create and maintain version history, system changes, and operational shortcuts.
