* We are seeking a **Human Resources Administration Supervisor** to join the ZEN S.A. team — a Brazilian company with international presence in the automotive sector, recognized in the aftermarket (IAM) and continuously expanding its support to OEMs (O\&M). This position plays an essential role in sustaining the employee experience and ensuring the reliability of People Management processes. The professional will be responsible for guaranteeing the **quality, compliance, and efficiency** of HR administration routines, ensuring that departmental policies, practices, and guidelines are consistently applied and aligned with business needs. More than managing processes, we seek someone with a mindset focused on continuous improvement, organization, and close collaboration with other departments — contributing to a clear, safe, and well-structured employee journey within the company.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Supervise HR administration and payroll processes, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to deadlines;
* Ensure execution of compensation and benefits services according to approved policies;
* Monitor changes in labor and social security legislation, analyzing operational impacts and supporting implementation of necessary adjustments within the company.
* Coordinate operational recruitment and apprenticeship programs;
* Supervise delivery of operational training and capacity-building programs;
* Act as the service interface with labor unions, monitoring application of collective bargaining agreements;
* Guarantee structured onboarding, offboarding, and employee support processes;
* Lead and develop the team, promoting continuous improvement in processes and services.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields;
* Experience in HR administration, payroll, and people management services;
* Experience with Senior system is a plus.
* Experience in industrial environments and interaction with labor unions;
* Knowledge of labor and social security legislation;
* Experience leading teams and managing administrative routines.
