Description: Act as a technical authority in data engineering, governance, and AI, leading innovation initiatives, ensuring best practices in data governance, and driving TOTVS’s data strategy. Serve as the technical reference for the team and other stakeholders within the company. Responsibilities and Assignments * Design and maintain robust, secure, and scalable data architectures. * Lead the implementation of advanced data governance policies and practices. * Continuously monitor and improve the performance of data collection, storage, and processing systems. * Propose and implement innovations in data pipelines and automation. * Design, develop, train, and manage Artificial Intelligence (AI) agents capable of performing autonomous tasks, interacting with corporate systems, and enhancing business processes. * Act as a technical consultant for data and AI projects. * Promote adoption of best practices in data security, quality, and privacy. * Create scalable system architectures. * Develop advanced integrations with Cloud providers. * Perform complex data analyses and deliver strategic insights. * Ensure enterprise-wide data governance. * Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and architects to solve complex challenges. * Provide technical support and training to internal teams. Requirements and Qualifications * Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP). * Advanced experience in Python. * Knowledge of developing and integrating AI applications and intelligent agents, including use of LLMs, creation of automation workflows, and integration with APIs and external services using MCP or other technologies. * Experience with ETL tools and data analytics platforms. * Advanced knowledge of data modeling, data mining, and segmentation techniques. * Experience in programming languages such as Python. * Experience with FastAPI for APIs and Pydantic for validation. * Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. * Excellent numerical and analytical skills. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. 2512180202551807280
