Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and detail mechanical projects, ensuring functionality, technical feasibility, and compliance with standards;
* Perform analyses, calculations, and validations (virtual and physical) of projects;
* Prepare and manage technical documentation and product structure (BOM), keeping the ERP updated;
* Monitor manufacturing, assembly, and try\-out, ensuring compliance and supporting industrialization;
* Address project-related issues, including root cause analysis and production support;
* Generate and validate information for building models and molds;
* Participate in product testing and validation, ensuring performance and quality under real-use conditions;
* Propose technical improvements and solutions, collaborating with internal departments and suppliers;
* Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of engineering processes.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Currently pursuing or holding a technical or undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields, with experience in medium-complexity mechanical projects. Proficiency in CAD/CAE software (e.g., SolidWorks and AutoCAD), knowledge of technical standards and quality tools (PDCA, Ishikawa). Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate English.
Preferred Qualifications: familiarity with manufacturing processes and standards, basic understanding of cost and statistics, and experience with software such as Rhinoceros, CorelDRAW, or Photoshop for new product development. Proficiency in *SolidWorks*.
