Involves document organization and financial entries. **Job Description** **Responsibilities:** * Cargo and vehicle scheduling in Rodopar. * Issuance of transportation documents (OS, CTRC, NF, manifests). * Customer service and support to traffic/motorists. * Scheduling of pickups and deliveries. * Control of ancillary items (documents, CIOT, payments, and performance). * Updating spreadsheets and organizing trip documents. * Recording invoices, tolls, and expenses. * General support to operations and billing. **Desired Qualifications:** * Minimum **2 years** of experience in a freight company; * Experience with the **Rodopar System**; * **Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree**.
