Here, you’ll work at the heart of maintenance: ensuring planning, scheduling, control, and maintaining spare parts inventory always at optimal levels. No chaos — just smooth operations and visible results. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Supporting the planning and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Tracking work orders end-to-end, ensuring adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality standards. * Keeping maintenance history updated in the system at all times. * Managing internal spare parts inventory: receiving, verification, organization, and restocking. * Monitoring inventory levels and negotiating requests with suppliers. * Conducting inventories and keeping everything aligned. * Facilitating communication among drivers, mechanics, and management. * Supporting maintenance budget management and quotations for services and parts. * Monitoring KPIs such as fleet availability, cost per km, MTBF, and MTTR. * Preparing reports that truly support decision-making. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM If you value organization, possess sharp attention to detail, and thrive in a dynamic routine, this is your chance to grow with us. **Join an operation that never stops!**
