Job Summary: Civil construction support professional responsible for organizing materials, assisting in various construction phases, and maintaining an organized and safe worksite. Key Highlights: 1. Support in various stages of civil construction 2. Organization and preparation of construction materials 3. Handling of tools and maintenance of buildings Prepare and organize materials used on site; Assist in dismantling masonry, removing tiles, flooring, cladding, and metal frames; Mix mortars manually or mechanically; Assist in excavations, trench digging, cisterns, wells, and septic tanks; Perform loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials; Assist in organizing and cleaning the construction area and worksite; Assist in laying pipes and conduits; Support plastering and corrective maintenance tasks on buildings, sidewalks, and similar structures; Handle construction tools such as hammers, pickaxes, shovels, and various wrenches; Ensure worksite organization, preservation, and proper disposal of waste. **Position:** Construction Laborer **Employment Type:** CLT (Permanent) **Professional Area:** Civil Construction **Benefits:** Salary of R$ 2\.800,00; Meal Allowance; Transportation Allowance; Life Insurance; Performance-based Bonus. **Requirements:** Elementary education; Experience in support activities on construction sites or in civil construction; Basic knowledge of manual construction tools; Physical stamina and ability to perform operational tasks on site; Commitment to safety, organization, and teamwork routines.
