Job Summary: A generalist professional responsible for building maintenance, including masonry repairs, painting, plumbing, and roof work, ensuring workplace organization and adherence to schedules. Performing simple plumbing repairs and preventive maintenance **Duties and Responsibilities** Perform repairs to walls, floors, sidewalks, and masonry structures, as well as roofs; Carry out painting of indoor and outdoor areas (surface preparation, application, and finishing); Conduct minor plumbing repairs, such as replacing faucets, traps, valves, and fixing simple leaks; Support maintenance activities on roofs, gutters, and drainage systems; Perform simple replacements and adjustments to doors, windows, locks, and claddings, as well as roofs; Prepare materials and organize the worksite before and after interventions; Monitor and execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks according to schedule or request; Support other building maintenance needs across the campus, as required. **Requirements** Completed elementary education (preferably); Experience in civil construction and building maintenance, including working at heights; Practical knowledge of masonry, painting, and basic plumbing repairs; Ability to perform various types of maintenance (generalist profile); Basic understanding of occupational safety and proper use of tools and equipment; Organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to solve daily problems; Availability to work according to campus requirements; Prior experience in institutional environments (schools, universities, companies) is desirable.
