




Job Summary: Internal Assembler responsible for assembling, adjusting, and finishing assemblies and equipment in accordance with technical drawings and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Assemble mechanical components according to drawings and work instructions 2. Inspect assembly quality and support basic functional testing 3. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams · The Internal Assembler is responsible for assembling, adjusting, and finishing assemblies and equipment, following technical drawings, project specifications, and company-established quality standards. **· Key Responsibilities** · Assemble mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and equipment according to technical drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions. · Perform mechanical adjustments, alignments, calibrations, and fastenings to ensure proper component functionality. · Interpret and follow technical drawings, schematics, tolerances, and assembly specifications. · Correctly use hand tools, pneumatic tools, electric tools, and measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, tape measures, levels, squares, etc.). · Inspect assembly quality, identifying and reporting non-conformities or opportunities for improvement. · Support basic functional testing of assembled equipment, where applicable. · Maintain an organized workplace, adhering to 5S practices, safety protocols, and internal standards. · Comply with safety procedures, correctly using PPE and ensuring personal and colleagues' physical safety. · Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production departments to contribute to process improvements. · Record activities per internal procedures (checklists, production orders, time logs). **· Desired Qualifications** · Ability to read and interpret mechanical technical drawings. · Basic knowledge of metrology. · Experience in industrial mechanical assembly. · Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility. Responsible for organizing and maintaining a clean workstation, complying with safety and quality standards (5S); · Provide support for other departmental activities.
