Hybrid work in Blumenau-SC ### **Job Title** Junior Administrative Analyst ### **Job Description** **Junior Administrative Analyst** **Your Role** * Customer service. * Analyzing cases opened by customers. * Generating integration quotations. * Screening cases and service orders (SOs) requiring more rigorous analysis. * Tracking case progress and making appropriate records. * Responding to customer emails and handling internal departmental adjustments. * Ensuring clarity and recording of relevant information exchanged through this channel. * Accessing internal spreadsheets to record approved quotations. This opportunity is available in a hybrid model at our Blumenau-SC office. **You are the right candidate for this position if you have:** * A completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Experience in customer service and administrative activities. * Experience analyzing documents and spreadsheets. * Spanish (desirable) **How We Work Together** We believe we create greater impact when working together rather than separately.
