We have an opening for you to become a Business Banking Specialist (B1\), where you will be hired as a Specialist—the primary expert in your field. Your responsibilities will include: • Managing and monetizing corporate client portfolios, ensuring close relationships, consultative service, and financial solutions aligned with each client’s specific needs; • Conducting a 100% external routine involving client visits; • Expanding the client base, focusing on companies with annual revenue between BRL 500,000 and BRL 10 million; • Managing portfolio risk to ensure sustainable business quality and growth; • Delivering excellent service, ensuring customer satisfaction and personalized attention. We value the following qualifications for this role: • CPA\-10 certification (ANBIMA); CPA\-20 is a plus; • Completed undergraduate degree; postgraduate degree is a plus; • Experience managing corporate client portfolios; • Experience with credit products; • Discipline in executing established processes; • Strong oral and written communication skills, empathy, and relationship-building ability; • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills; • Experience serving clients with revenue up to BRL 10 million will be considered a plus.
