




Job Summary: We are seeking a Supervisor of Auxiliary Services to organize, supervise, and control maintenance work, ensuring operational continuity and regulatory compliance. Joining YPF means becoming part of a project that combines experience, passion, and the energy needed to keep building our future. **What Are We Looking For?** A person to perform the role of Supervisor of Auxiliary Services for the VP of the NOC. **What Will Be Your Challenge?** Organize, supervise, and control field maintenance work to ensure operational continuity of the facilities under your responsibility, in accordance with applicable regulations, internal processes, and the company’s Safety, Quality, and Environmental policies. Manage required documentation and deliverables for contractors, certifications, traceability of equipment under your responsibility, and monitoring of maintenance-related KPIs to ensure their achievement. Control material stock and monitor its status to ensure adequate supply. **What Will Be Your Main Tasks?** * Coordinate and supervise execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs within your specialty, according to established frequencies, for equipment/facilities under your responsibility. * Control and verify suitability of tools, equipment, and services/products to be used for executing maintenance work within your specialty for equipment under your responsibility (assembly, welding, road repair, and earthmoving), ensuring compliance with established quality standards and requirements. * Coordinate management of maintenance permits and work orders for personnel under your supervision. * Manage and ensure material stock; coordinate and control delivery of materials for maintenance work within your specialty, as well as their usage and return of surplus or recoverable materials. * Verify technical quality of field work execution by establishing necessary smooth coordination and communication with performers, planners, safety personnel, facility managers, and all stakeholders involved in planning and executing work. * Report deviations detected in the field and incidents reported by maintenance crews related to work orders, as well as verify and validate technical data and resource quality within those work orders. * Ensure all service company crew operators are authorized and/or certified to perform Integrity-related work. * Act as technical reference in equipment performance analysis, as well as in modification and updating of maintenance plans. * Participate in activities for developing/updating manuals, drawings, equipment diagrams, and procedures associated with executing maintenance work within your specialty. * Identify and manage training needs of your team and foster continuous learning and professional development. **What Do We Value?** Academic Qualification: Technical degree Professional Experience: Minimum 4 years’ experience in M\&S and earthmoving supervision roles, or proven experience performing as Supervisor of Auxiliary Services. Preferably knowledge of welding, loading/unloading, assembly/disassembly of large rotating and static equipment such as AIBs, Tks, Separators, Freewaters.
