**Job Objective** Plan, coordinate and control civil construction projects, ensuring execution in accordance with design specifications, schedules, budgets and established quality standards. **Main Responsibilities** \- Manage all stages of construction projects, from mobilization to final delivery. \- Coordinate field teams, suppliers and subcontractors. \- Monitor and validate the physical and financial schedule of the project. \- Ensure compliance with design plans, technical standards and current regulations. \- Perform quality, safety and environmental controls at construction sites. \- Prepare technical reports and construction progress reports. \- Participate in meetings with clients, designers and stakeholders. \- Propose technical solutions for process optimization and cost reduction. **Technical Requirements** \- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. \- Proven experience in construction project management and reading/coordination of design documents. \- Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel and construction management software. \- Knowledge of ABNT technical standards and applicable construction regulations. \- Strong team management and supplier negotiation skills.
