Contribution to continuous process improvement **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are looking for an Intern with strong interest in data and indicator analysis, who is comfortable working with numbers and curious about understanding patterns and behaviors. We expect someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and committed, contributing to the continuous improvement of the Collections department’s processes through consistent and reliable analyses. Responsibilities: Statistically analyze the internal database of the Collections department; Support monitoring and control of delinquency indicators; Identify and analyze the profile of delinquent customers, recognizing patterns and behaviors; Assist in preparing analytical and managerial reports; Support monthly closing of data related to delinquency and credit recovery; Update spreadsheets and internal controls of the department; Comply with standard operational procedures established for the Collections department. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Currently enrolled in Statistics or related fields, from the 4th semester onward; Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Basic mathematics knowledge; Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation; Familiarity with performance indicators and metrics. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- INTERNSHIP **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Salary:** ------------ $1,000\.00 **Benefits:** --------------- Meal or Food Card: R$28.00 per working day; Transportation Allowance; TotalPass: Benefit for access to partner gyms. **Work Location:** ---------------------- COOPER COB **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, either from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. or from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.;
