




### **Position: Support Technician – IT** **Location:** Estrada do Quinquagésimo Terceiro BIS – Jardim Tapajós, Itaituba – PA **Employment Type:** Permanent **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00 * **Workload:** 200h/month **Salary:** R$ 1.583,49 + Hazard Pay (30%) + Seniority Bonus (1%) ### **️ Main Responsibilities:** * Provide on-site technical support to resolve issues not solved via remote assistance; * Install, configure, maintain, and redistribute IT equipment; * Provide hardware, software, local network, connectivity, and corporate device support; * Support workstations, IP telephony, switches, videoconferencing, and mobile devices; * Install and configure Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office; * Prioritize support for users classified as VIP. ### **Requirements:** * Completed high school or equivalent technical course (certificate recognized by MEC); * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support; * Knowledge of Windows 7, 8, 10 or later, and Microsoft Office 2016/365; * Computer assembly and maintenance course (minimum 60 hours); * Microsoft certification MD-100, MD-102 or MS-900 (can be obtained within 6 months after hiring); * Basic computer literacy; * Language: Portuguese. ### **Behavioral Profile:** * Courtesy and patience when assisting users; * Agility in problem resolution; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Organization and responsibility. ### **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher; * Transportation Voucher; * Health Plan (per CCT – GoGood); * Life Insurance; * SESC Benefit Program.
