Description: If you have: * High School Diploma It will be an advantage if you have: * Desired: Course in Operation of Material Handling Equipment, such as: Bobcat, Forklift, Pneumatic Spike, Compressors Generators and Dust Filters, Vegetal Classification Course (soybean and corn) * Basic Excel: Introduction to Excel, including basic concepts such as spreadsheet creation, formulas and functions * Advantage: Vegetal Classification Course (MAPA) As a Specialized Operator you will be responsible for: * Participate and contribute to Hidrovias do Brasil's Safety, Quality and Environment policy; * Comply with SSMA rules and procedures; * Keep the work area clean and organized, following safety and hygiene standards; * Work as part of a team to ensure efficiency and quality in operational and vegetal classification processes; * Comply with applicable internal and external rules and procedures related to the activity; * Receive grain trucks; * Operate Bob Cat; Operate grab; * Operate forklift; * Perform Check\-List of mobile equipment each shift, evaluating operating conditions of machines and equipment; * Prepare area for operation of machines and equipment; * Perform routine cleaning on dumpers, hoppers, belts, walkways, galleries and other equipment and areas related to the processes; * Perform emergency and scheduled cleaning on dumpers, hoppers, belts, walkways, galleries and other equipment and areas related to the processes; * Verify operation of machines and equipment, reporting any malfunctions to your immediate supervisor so corrective and preventive actions can be taken; * Support ship loading operations, monitoring the movement and operation of shiploader equipment; * Make adjustments, calibration and lubrication when necessary; * Interpret drawings, standards and work instructions, understanding component functionality and their inter\-relationships within the system. * Monitor and carry out quarterly audit processes according to internal schedule; * Know and apply SSMA rules and procedures * Vegetal Classification Activities: * Perform pre\-use inspection of operational equipment; * Record production data and incidents occurred; * Perform visual inspection of cargo before sample collection, and report in technical report any abnormalities detected; * Perform visual inspection of cargo compartments in road, river and maritime transport, to assess sanitary conditions suitable for product transportation and handling according to established national and international standards; * Open and close tarps on road vehicles for sample collection for vegetal classification; * Operate manual sampling probe to collect representative samples from batches of cargo handled, as needed; * Operate hydraulic telescopic spear sampler to collect cargo samples; * Carry out cargo sampling in road and river transport, observing technical regulations for sampling and vegetal classification; * Perform classification of vegetal products according to standards and criteria established by the Ministry of Agriculture's Normative Instructions; * Use specific equipment and instruments for vegetal classification, such as sieves, moisture testers, homogenizers, sample dividers, precision scales, among others; * Accurately and legibly record classification results in recordkeeping systems; * Perform biological and/or physico\-chemical analyses using rapid testing methods to evaluate grain quality; * Record productive operational data and issue operational and technical reports; * Seal samples according to terminal standards, ensuring proper identification; * Maintain sample archive rooms organized and identified according to 5S standard and terminal's operational standard; and * Operate operational equipment according to required certifications. 2511070202301854709
