Description: * Hospital experience preferred. * Basic knowledge of the Office suite. * Completed degree in Nutrition. * Completed or ongoing specialization in clinical nutrition or related fields. * Conduct nutritional assessments of patients through evaluation of clinical, medical, and anthropometric signs (weight, height, BMI, and others) and monitoring of laboratory test results. * Prescribe dietary regimens based on nutritional diagnosis guidelines, considering drug–nutrient and nutrient–nutrient interactions. * Provide nutritional care to patients. * Provide nutritional guidance to patients from admission into nutritional care until discharge (establishing a nutritional care plan). * Prescribe enteral diets upon medical indication. * Perform daily inventory control (enteral formulas, infant formulas, dietary modules, and supplements) for patient-specific dietary prescriptions. * Complete and interpret nutritional indicators. * Complete relevant departmental documents and forms as needed. * Plan dietetic interventions according to dietary anamnesis. * Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, especially the Multidisciplinary Nutritional Therapy Team (EMTN). * Guide and supervise the distribution of oral and enteral diets, verifying acceptance rate, infusion, and tolerance. * Collaborate with nutritionists responsible for meal production to define food service procedures. * Record all follow-ups, guidance, and interventions in the electronic medical record. * Develop or revise departmental documents. * Participate in educational activities. 2512070202191463283
