Manage Active Directory and backup routines Job Mission: Ensure the stability, security, and operational continuity of the Institution's IT infrastructure. Responsibilities: * Administer and perform troubleshooting on networks (L2/L3 switching); * Configure and maintain network equipment; * Manage WAN links; * Administer Windows Server servers; * Manage Active Directory, access policies, and GPOs; * Monitor critical services; * Execute and validate backup routines; * Document infrastructure and technical procedures. Technical Requirements: * Practical experience with networks; * Knowledge of VLANs, routing, NAT, and firewalls; * Experience administering Windows Server environments; * Ability to independently diagnose and resolve incidents. Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of network security; * Prior experience as the sole technical responsible for the area. Desired Profile: * Organization and discipline; * Ability to produce technical documentation; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility.
