Key responsibilities include: * Participating in meetings with the construction team and other stakeholders involved in project development; * Organizing, controlling, and distributing project documentation and files; * Preparing budgets and quotations when external project services need to be contracted; * Understanding and interpreting architectural and other discipline drawings (structural, electrical, plumbing, etc.); * Using AutoCAD, Revit, and Excel for control and analysis; * Supporting verification and coordination of BIM-based projects, and in some cases developing or adjusting models; * Maintaining active communication among office, construction site, and designers to ensure technical alignment and adherence to deadlines.
