Conduct code reviews and share technical knowledge **Description:** Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields; A postgraduate degree is a plus; Experience with Java; Knowledge of DevOps tools, Docker, Jenkins, and integrations; Preferred: familiarity with Delphi, Android, and ABAP programming languages. Basic understanding of network and server infrastructure; Basic understanding of software architecture; Experience in web and desktop application development; Software modeling and UML. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and deadlines; Planning and organizational skills to achieve defined objectives; Systemic thinking to understand the whole from its parts; Effective communication, both written and verbal, with clarity and active listening. On-site work required in Toledo/PR **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday (08:00 \- 12:00 / 13:00 \- 17:48\) **Main Responsibilities:** Develop new features in corporate projects; Prepare technical documentation for software; Improve system performance; Investigate and resolve complex issues in existing applications; Participate in meetings to support software planning and development; Coordinate with third-party companies when external integrations or developments are involved; Create and execute unit tests to ensure delivery quality. **Additional Activities:** Provide development estimates; Attend internal training sessions and share technical knowledge with the team; Conduct code reviews; Perform benchmarks to evaluate solution performance. 2511120202181802487
