




We are looking for a Customer Success Analyst to support Farmer Account Executives and Managers, as well as the Commercial Management and Executive Board, in accordance with guidelines and Operational Procedures, acting in the freight commercial process—either on-site or remotely—with the aim of customer retention, portfolio maintenance, negotiation of transportation agreements and adjustments, and offering additional and complementary services (upsell and cross-sell). **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support managers and account executives in serving strategic customers, onboarding, and managing transportation agreements. * Draft, renegotiate, and implement adjustments to agreements and freight rate tables, ensuring compliance and profitability. * Handle and monitor quotations, freight rates, and discount requests, ensuring adherence to deadlines and alignment with commercial policies. * Monitor the customer portfolio, analyzing indicators, targets, revenue, and proposing actions for retention, loyalty, and satisfaction. * Maintain ongoing relationships with customers, supporting visits, proposing upsell/cross-sell, and recording information in the CRM. * Generate, monitor, and analyze KPIs and commercial targets, proposing improvements and reporting results to coordination and management. * Ensure compliance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), regulations, and policies, supporting branches in executing operational procedures. * Contribute to organizational climate, preservation of company resources, and continuous team development. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * High school diploma; preferably pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. **Professional Experience** * Minimum 12 months in this role or in similar activities. **Specific Knowledge** * Transportation Market – Basic Business Management – Basic People Management – Basic Cost and Budget Management – Basic Microsoft Office Suite – Advanced/Intermediate Customer Service – Basic Sales and Negotiation Techniques – Basic **Additional Information** * Meal Voucher * Food Allowance * Basic Food Basket * PPR – Profit Sharing Program * Career and Compensation Plan * Partnership with SEST SENAT (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist) * Love Package (maternity kit) * Birthday Day Off. **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion for connecting people, companies, and results.
