**Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities:**
* Configure and provide support for Windows and Linux operating systems, ensuring proper functioning of work environments;
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment such as desktops, notebooks, printers, and network devices;
* Diagnose issues in computer networks and implement necessary corrections to restore connectivity;
* Create, configure, and manage user accounts, corporate e-mails, and access permissions according to internal security policies;
* Monitor IT infrastructure performance, identifying and resolving potential failures or areas requiring improvement;
* Ensure all equipment is updated with the latest security patches and antivirus software, in accordance with company policies;
* Support the execution of IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and implementation of new technological solutions;
* Document all performed activities, maintaining detailed records for auditing and quality control purposes;
* Guide users on the correct use of IT resources and promote best practices in information security;
* Perform other related tasks.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:**
* Completed high school education;
* Technical course in Information Technology.
**Desirable:**
* Prior experience in corporate or hospital environments;
* Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, cabling, router configuration);
* Understanding of information security and backup procedures;
* Additional IT-related courses;
* Basic knowledge of Brazil’s National Health System policy.
**Specific Knowledge:**
* Experience in hardware maintenance (desktops, notebooks, printers).
* Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
* Skills in user support and resolution of software and network issues.
* Basic understanding of information security.
* Knowledge of computer networks (network configuration and maintenance);
* Handling service tickets and recording them in help desk systems.
**Additional Information**
Meals: Provided at on-site cafeteria.
Work schedule: 12 hours on / 36 hours off.
Working hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
