Maintain a standard of excellence in customer service **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Prior experience in store supervision or as a store supervisor; * Ability to lead a team, with strong organizational skills, responsibility, and effective communication; * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise all store routines to ensure smooth operations; provide customer service while maintaining the brand's excellence standard; receive goods, organize displays, and monitor inventory in the system; conduct inventory counts and ensure appropriate product restocking; anticipate and resolve potential issues with the team; serve as the liaison between the team and management, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
