Job Summary: Professional responsible for assisting in food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization, and equipment upkeep. Key Highlights: 1. Will maintain order and hygiene of equipment KITCHEN ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES: Food preparation; cleaning and preservation of kitchen areas and existing equipment; assisting in meal preparation; maintaining kitchen order and cleanliness; and other related duties. WORK SCHEDULE: From 4:00 PM to 12:20 AM. Rotating shift 6 x 1.
