Job Summary: Civil or Production Engineering professional to work on quality management, financial monitoring, and report preparation for construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of reports, cost indicators, and productivity indicators Description: * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or Production Engineering; * Intermediate Excel; * Intermediate PowerPoint; * Intermediate AutoCAD; * Basic MS Project; * Familiarity with Power BI; * Familiarity with Project Management; * Knowledge of Quality Management. * Embody the organizational identity of Diagonal and Victa; * Prepare and analyze reports, forms, or spreadsheets as requested; * Periodically monitor QMS (Quality Management System) activities across departments (Technical Room, Administration, Occupational Safety, and Warehouse); * Prepare service procurement requests and request budget adjustments when necessary; * Analyze the financial report submitted by the Technical Room and assist in validation with Engineering; * Ensure accurate cost allocation for all resource movements related to the construction project; * Monitor financial outcomes of services and track quantity balances of budgeted tasks in the ERP system; * Collect data for preparing Cost and Productivity Indicators upon completion of services; * Monthly preparation of the Construction Project Quality Plan Report and QMS Construction Project Indicators; * Receive Non-Conformance Records as required and implement appropriate follow-up actions with the Site Engineer; * Support the execution and monitoring of corrective actions arising from site audits, in coordination with the Site Engineer and Production Supervisor; * Identify, control, and analyze construction and quality indicators; * Perform other duties related to the position, as required by the department and directed by management. 2512250202491879924
