**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Embody the organizational identity of the Brisanet Group;
* Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested;
* Use individual and collective safety equipment when required;
* Operate company vehicles when necessary;
* Perform other duties related to the position, as needed by the department and leadership direction;
* Analyze operational inefficiencies according to established criteria and guidelines;
* Verify information, records, and evidence associated with inefficiencies;
* Support identification of operational root causes and improvement opportunities;
* Record and report analysis results to the responsible leadership;
* Support standardization of information and processes related to the inefficiency workflow;
* Comply with procedures, safety regulations, and operational instructions.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Basic experience in operations or administrative/operational routines;
* Ability to analyze and organize information;
* Basic knowledge of the company’s operational processes;
* Basic computer skills.
**Additional Requirements:**
* Driver’s License – Category A.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Knowledge of FTTH networks.
