Analysis of operational and administrative costs for improvements **Job Mission:** Execute economic and financial control and analysis activities for the company, with focus on result assessment, budget preparation, cost control, and support for managerial decision-making. **Desired Education:** * Bachelor's degree completed in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Production Engineering * Complementary education preferred: Postgraduate degree or specialization in Controllership, Finance, or Managerial Accounting. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and monitor the corporate budget (annual budget planning and periodic reviews). * Conduct variance analyses between budgeted and actual results, proposing corrective actions. * Consolidate managerial reports and * financial indicators (margin, profitability, EBITDA, among others). * Analyze operational and administrative costs, proposing improvements and cost reduction opportunities. * Support the monthly accounting closing process, reconciling information with the accounting and finance departments. * Develop and automate control dashboards and analytical reports. * Participate in internal and external audits, providing documents and justifications. * Ensure compliance with controllership policies and financial compliance.
