Identify opportunities for product and process improvement A construction project management company is seeking an Implementation Analyst in Fortaleza (Meireles). **Responsibilities:** Lead implementations of the new product and labor front, ensuring that clients understand the concept, operational logic, and can apply the solution in their daily construction site activities. Work directly with engineers, planners, and field teams—explaining concepts, answering questions, and delivering clear, practical, and accessible training sessions. Analyze planning documents, typologies, production flows, and execution strategies, adapting implementation approaches to each client’s specific context. Identify challenges, propose adjustments, support decision-making, and contribute to continuous improvement of the client’s experience with the product. Actively participate in identifying opportunities for product improvement, implementation process enhancements, and support material upgrades, providing structured feedback to internal teams.
