Experience in warehouse operations and inventories **LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR** **SEGMENT**: Distribution / Construction Materials **REQUIREMENTS:** * Proven experience in warehouse operations: receiving, inspection, storage, picking, shipping, and inventories; * Experience leading operational teams; * Ability to organize and implement standards (5S, routines, controls, and KPIs); * Basic knowledge of logistics, slotting, and best storage practices; * Strong communication skills and ability to align with management and team; * Valid driver's license. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience in construction materials warehouses; * Knowledge of inventory classification (ABC analysis, turnover, inventories); * Prior involvement in continuous improvement and loss reduction initiatives.
