Job Summary: The professional will map, analyze, and propose improvements to internal processes, create diagrams and formal documentation, and support the definition of KPIs. Key Highlights: 1. Support in defining performance indicators (process KPIs) **Your Responsibilities:** * Map, analyze, and propose improvements to the company's internal processes; * Conduct assessments, analyses, and process modeling; * Map the current flow (AS IS) based on interviews, observations, and document analysis; * Create AS IS and TO BE diagrams using appropriate notations (e.g., BPMN); * Structure formal process documentation (descriptions, flowcharts, procedures); * Support in defining performance indicators (process KPIs); * Develop schedules and monitor project execution; * Ensure cross-departmental alignment to meet deadlines and quality standards; * Document processes and keep manuals and policies up to date. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Project Management, or related fields; * Experience with BPMN process modeling; * Proficiency with BPMS tools (Bizagi, IBM BPM, or Oracle BPM Suite); * Experience with process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies (BPM, Lean, Six Sigma); * Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, MS Planner, Jira).
