Opportunity for development and performance management **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education (a college degree is preferred); * Experience managing teams, preferably in delivery, logistics, or food operations; * Basic knowledge of KPI tracking and delivery operations; * Familiarity with Delivery Systems (e.g., Agilizone, IzzyWay, Gestor Ifood, and similar). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise the delivery team and monitor daily delivery activities; organize work schedules and delivery routes; monitor order preparation and delivery times; ensure compliance with quality and service standards; track operational KPIs (e.g., delivery time, orders delivered, late delivery rate, customer ratings); resolve incidents and support the team during operations; assist in performance management and team development.
