Job Summary: Monitor unloading activities, issue transport documents, manage operations, and collaborate with internal and external customers in the transportation area. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring the execution of scheduled activities Your mission will be to monitor vehicle unloading for deliveries and pickups, issue transport waybills, verify all daily document issuances, request escorts, hire occasional vehicles, track operational KPIs, and manage third-party contractor hiring. More than just hiring people, we aim to generate opportunities for everyone, ensuring inclusion of increasingly diverse profiles to strengthen **OUR PEOPLE!** If you share this mindset, why not join this team? **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Provide service and maintain contact with internal customers, clarifying doubts and conveying operational information, among other tasks; * Receive cargo and documents; * Perform transportation-related activities within your scope of work, including: entering data into systems, managing information and customer service, inspecting vehicles and equipment, among others, to support the department's activities; * Support control of operations and transportation movements conducted at the terminal/branch; * Monitor the execution of scheduled activities to ensure adherence to agreed deadlines and maintain service quality.
