If you enjoy making things happen, are **customer-focused**, and possess an **owner's mentality**, this is the place for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform material quantity takeoffs according to project specifications and prepare required cost estimates for building-related public tenders, then submit them for executive management approval; * Prepare commercial and technical proposals and budget spreadsheets, obtain supplier price quotations for goods, and verify negotiated terms. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical course in Building Construction; * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; **Additional Information** * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher; It all began when Antônio José started working with his father as an electrical materials representative.
